Shrimp Stir Fry with Steamed Clams

Here is a simple stir fry my mom made when she was here. It's super easy. All you do is sauté some minced onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the shrimp and some vegetables of your choice (we used green peppers) and cook until done. Add some ketchup and mix well into the shrimp and veggies. Yes, that is it. Super easy! We also had ours with some steamed clams and a mix of brown rice and quinoa.
