Black Rice Soup

BLACK RICE HAS MANY HEALTH BENEFITS. HAS EVERYTHING BROWN RICE HAS BUT HAS ANTIOXIDANTS JUST LIKE BLUEBERRIES!

Ingredients
1 1/2 black rice (quinoa is good also)
1 container chicken broth
2 chicken breast
1 sweet potato
2 ears corn
1 cup cooked spinach
Garlic cloves
Garlic ssalt

Servings 6. About 2 cups(1 serving) is 146 calories

Directions
Cook rice in rice pot or stove.

 Mix chicken broth with equals parts water in pot. Add chicken breast. Make sure to take stuff that floats to the top off with spoon and discard.

When the broth is clear add the garlic, sweet potatoes and corn. Cook until soft. Add chicken and spinach and garlic salt to taste.

If you don't like the water purple you can use quinoa, etc.

If your serving for looks always keep the rice and chicken separate.  Add rice to bowl then soup. Top with chicken.
