I just bought a waffle maker and putting it to use! Get your favorite waffle recipe and add hemp seeds for more nutrition. I also made some brown sugar syrup the kids love! It only requires equal parts sugar to water. Heat it up in a pot and your done.
For my readers trying to loose weight. I didn't eat any waffles but this could always be your bad food day. Just don't eat a lot. Maybe one or even a half with some veggies. When You are down to your goal weight you will be able to eat more! It will come ;)
