Crockpot Salsa Chicken

If you haven't tried this recipe you have to put it on your list! I have posted about it before but wanted to do it again for my new readers. Every time I cook this for guest they always love it.My girlfriend from highschool introduced me to this recipe before I even had kids and have loved it since then. I make a huge pot for the week and either make salads, lettuce wraps, chicken quesadilla, tacos or burritos during the week. The kids and husband love it too! All you do is get some chicken, whatever kind you prefer and cover it in your favorite salsa. My favorite salsa is Hernandez or Goya. You then cook it for 4 to 6 hours on low. This is a great crock pot recipe.  When it is done you get two forks and shred it apart. It is the most flavorful tender chicken you will ever have! It is low in calories too!

Too check out more of my recipes check out my board on Pinterest called Christine's Kitchen. Link is at the top right of my page.
