Banana Nutella Muffins

Ahhhhh Nutella. Who doesn't LOVE Nutella. It is a staple in my house. No one in my house is fond of jelly so we eat Nutella instead. I never introduced jelly when they were young because I am not really a fan of it. We eat peanut butter and Nutella sandwhiches. I'll add a little flax or hemp seed to their sandwich also for some more nutrients. My kids eyes get wide open when they hear nutella. "Yes, mom yes, mom I want it"!

I had some old bananas and ended up making some nutella banana bread last week. They were so good I think I ate the majority of the batch. Sorry kids! It only takes about 20 minutes total time to make also. These are also low in sugar as I didn't add any sugar to the batter like most recipes.

Ingredients:
2 cups All purpose baking mix
2 eggs
3 mashed over ripened black bananas
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon nutella for each muffin

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into muffin tin evenly.Take one teaspoon of nutella and swirl on top of muffin. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
