Honey Lime Salmon

Salmon is my 2nd favorite fish. It's full of omega-3 fatty acids which to me is one of the most important nutrients for your body. Omegas support brain function which is why I think it's so important to get especially when your carrying a little baby. It is also helps with your eyes, free radicals, blood pressure, depression, prevents sunburn to the skin, helps with your digestive tract and helps against many cancers. As I am writing this is seems most natural foods do the same things, fight disease. All natural foods fight everything off, it's what we were meant to eat.

Honey Lime Salmon

Ingredients:
Salmon filet
Lime
Honey
Soy sauce

Let salmon sit about 12 hours with 1 juice of a lime. Place in a pan and drizzle honey and soy sauce on top. About 1 tablespoon each. When it is time to flip I always look at the sides to see if they are cooked. It will be a lighter color. Flip over and add more honey and soy sauce. Cook til it's done. Probably about 3 minutes depending on your stove. Served on a spring mix with some black rice.
