Simple Ginger Salad

Here is a simple salad recipe. Whatever veggies I have in the fridge I just throw in so it's bright and colorful. This ginger dressing is absolutely amazing. I top it off with some fresh shredded ginger also. My youngest could drink this sauce if he could.

Ingredients:

Blanched Napa Cabbage 

Bean sprouts

Onions

Bell Peppers

Radishes

Green Peppers

Carrots

Tomatoes

Sliced Almonds

Hemp Seeds

Japanese Dressing

Fresh sliced ginger

Add all Iingredients together. Toss in Japanese dressing and sprinkle with sliced or grated ginger.
