Peppermint Infused Tea

Here is my favorite summer beverage. I love it because it is so refreshing. The peppermint makes you feel awake and refreshed and with the added basil and cucumbers served ice cold it's amazing!

Ingredients
1 bag peppermint tea
2-3 lg basil leaves
1/4 cucumber
1 tablespoon chia
Honey,Lucuma Powder or Stevia leaves for sweetness (optional)

Make tea according to directions. Let cool. Add the rest of ingrediets and let sit 10 minutes.When ready to drink smashed basil in the tea. Serve with ice.

Makes sure to always let chia soak before you eat them to get the full nutrients
