Aside from yoga squats are my favorite exercise. They work so many parts of your body and tone up really good. Yoga and squats are the only exercise I really do. Sometimes I run but it's very rare and I am to the point where I don't want to run any more. I have been doing this squat video I found on you tube for a while now. I really like this video because it isn't very hard but I am super sore the next day and the results are great. It only takes about 10 minutes too. My girlfriend had even comment on my legs telling me they look more defined. I have notice a big change in my stomach also. My love handles are slowly dwindling down along with my lower stomach shrinking. Yay for that, beach season is almost here! Here is the video.
