I love the beach. When I even think about being at the beach my heart relaxes. Such an amazing place to be at. The sound of the ocean or being barefoot on the sand and salty water touching my toes. Beautiful shells washed up on the shore. It is the best therapy I could wish for and it is right in front of me free as a bird.

Oh girl, I was getting carried away into dreamland reading your words describing the beach! Yes! I'm a beach bum, I love it. I'm in Phoenix but I look forward to going to San Diego as often as I can. It's definitely the best kind of therapy out there! And that outfit is PERFECT. I need to go to Target and get a bikini already!
