This chicken salad is so good. The grapes make it taste aaa-mazing. I have posted before that for all my cream sauces I use greek yogurt to cut out the fat and make it healthier. So for this recipe instead of mayo I used non-fat plain greek yogurt. I used fresh herbs for more flavor also. For the chicken I used a roasted chicken pre made from the store. For bread replacement I used a cabbage leaf. It makes it have a little crunch which I love way more then bread. I don't miss bread at all. I have way more energy and don't feel sluggish anymore.
This is a fast and lite meal I really recommend when you don't feel like cooking!
