I made my version of the two ingredient pancake that is all over pinterest. Instead of just mixing the egg and banana I made the pancakes more fluffy since there is no flour. These are much better and not so dense and cuts the calories from regular pancakes.
Ingredients: 1 serving, about 3 pancakes
1 egg
1 egg white
1 sm banana smashed
Separate egg whites from yolk. Beat egg white until they form soft peaks. Use a mixer if you have one. It' the same way you make a meringue or angel cake. Fold in beaten egg yolk amd banana. Cook like regular pancakes. These are more delicate so be gentle :). Enjoy!!
